- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Push vegetables to the side and cook chicken until golden and no longer pink inside.
- Mix everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
