- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- to taste salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 (optional) green chili, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, and green chili. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the edges to form a pleated closure, pinching to seal tightly.
- Prepare a steamer and bring water to a boil. Place the momos in the steamer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other.
- Steam the momos for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the dough is translucent.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- You can add vegetables like carrots or cabbage to the chicken filling for extra flavor and texture.
