Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot.
