Description
A simple and flavorful chicken marsala made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to the crockpot.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, Marsala wine, and chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
