A delicious and easy-to-make chicken lo mein recipe that combines tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful noodles in a savory sauce.

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked lo mein noodles.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preferences.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can also add bean sprouts or bok choy for added texture.
