  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked lo mein noodles.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
