- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the chicken legs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not crowded.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
