- 500g ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the garlic sauce: 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the kofta for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- For the garlic sauce, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the kofta hot with garlic sauce on the side.

- You can grill the kofta instead of pan-frying.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
