Description
Chicken kabobs made in an air fryer are quick and flavorful. Perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and enjoy.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or cherry tomatoes.
