- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust sauce thickness by adding more cream if needed.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
