  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
