Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix in heavy cream and cooked pasta. Transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
