- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in heavy cream and cooked pasta. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
