Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Add broccoli and rice around the chicken.
- Pour water over the rice and cover the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
