Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer ham, chicken, and Swiss cheese over the mustard.
  5. Sprinkle thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with egg wash and cut slits on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
