Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
  3. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Brown chicken rolls on all sides.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Remove toothpicks before serving.
