Description
Chicken Cordon Bleu is a classic dish made with chicken breast, ham, and cheese, all rolled together and breaded.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
