Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, rice, chicken broth, broccoli, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
