- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, carrots, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Mix in garlic powder and onion powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil, then spread over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
