  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the two tortillas.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
