Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Caesar dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. In another bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  4. Place the flour tortillas in the skillet, one at a time, and cook for about 1 minute on each side until crispy.
  5. Once the tortillas are crispy, remove them from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
  6. To assemble the tacos, layer the Caesar chicken mixture and the lettuce mixture onto each crispy tortilla.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
