- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Caesar dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
- In another bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the flour tortillas in the skillet, one at a time, and cook for about 1 minute on each side until crispy.
- Once the tortillas are crispy, remove them from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
- To assemble the tacos, layer the Caesar chicken mixture and the lettuce mixture onto each crispy tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
