Description

A delicious chicken caesar sandwich served on a flaky croissant.


Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add chopped romaine lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant back on.
  7. Wrap in foil and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, serve warm.
