Description
A delicious chicken caesar sandwich served on a flaky croissant.
Ingredients

- 2 croissants
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
- Place the top half of the croissant back on.
- Wrap in foil and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your taste.
- Serve with extra caesar dressing on the side.
