Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Spread Caesar dressing on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer lettuce, sliced chicken, and Parmesan cheese on one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, dressing side down.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add bacon for extra flavor.
- Use whole grain bread for a healthier option.
