- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of your favorite bread
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- On each slice of toasted bread, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Top with croutons if desired, then close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
