Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  4. Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
  5. On each slice of toasted bread, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with croutons if desired, then close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
