Description
A delicious chicken Caesar sandwich served on ciabatta bread.
Ingredients

- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing.
- Layer the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll.
- Add chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Add croutons for crunch.
- Place the top half of the ciabatta roll on each sandwich.
- Toast the sandwiches in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Try adding tomatoes or bacon for extra taste.
