- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the griddle.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken into strips.
- Toast the bread on the griddle until golden brown.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each slice of bread.
- Layer the lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan cheese on the bread.
- Top with another slice of bread and serve.
