- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a baking sheet, lay out the pre-made pizza crust and brush with olive oil.
- Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the crust.
- Top with diced chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Before serving, top with shredded romaine lettuce and croutons.
- Slice and enjoy your crispy and cheesy Chicken Caesar Pizza!
