Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Caesar dressing, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce.
