- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of choice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze uncooked patties for later use.
