- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Grill or cook patties for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato.
