Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with patties, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
