Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add cheese on top of the patties while cooking.
- Feel free to customize toppings as you like.
- Leftover patties can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
