  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • You can also bake or pan-fry the chicken if you don’t have a grill.
  • Feel free to add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
