- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can also bake or pan-fry the chicken if you don’t have a grill.
- Feel free to add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
