A quick and easy chicken breast meal that’s packed with flavor. Juicy, tender chicken breasts are cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce and served with your choice of vegetables or rice.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add thyme and rosemary, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
