Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts until well coated.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
