- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts until well coated.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
