- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
- Stir in turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powders.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Sprinkle garam masala and salt, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
