This easy chicken bake recipe combines juicy chicken breasts with creamy sauce and vegetables for a delicious one-pan meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and spread it evenly.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the broccoli and carrots. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the vegetables for any of your favorites, such as bell peppers or green beans.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
