Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and spread it evenly.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the broccoli and carrots. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
