Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt or sour cream evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, avocado slices, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce on one half of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling and press gently.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
