A quick and healthy chicken avocado wrap packed with protein and fresh flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread Greek yogurt or sour cream evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, avocado slices, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce on one half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling and press gently.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
- Add hot sauce for a spicy kick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
