Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Add sweet potatoes around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
