Description

A creamy and delicious pasta dish with tender chicken and a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using). Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce.
