Ingredients

- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Top with sliced chicken and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrients.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce with more or less cream.
