Description

A creamy and rich pasta dish featuring chicken and alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  6. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  10. Top with sliced chicken and serve hot.
