Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half the chicken and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce.
  7. Repeat layers, ending with noodles. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed spinach or mushrooms.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze unbaked lasagna for up to 1 month.
