- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half the chicken and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed spinach or mushrooms.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Freeze unbaked lasagna for up to 1 month.
