A creamy and hearty dish combining the flavors of chicken Alfredo and lasagna.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the chicken, and a third of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat the layers, then top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, and cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for quicker prep.
- Substitute rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
