Instructions
- Choose the right chicken: Opt for bone-in, skin-on chicken for maximum flavor.
- Marinate the chicken: Let the chicken marinate in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and bay leaves for at least an hour, or overnight if possible.
- Heat a pot over medium heat: Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade.
- Add water: Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat: Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
