Description
A comforting and hearty chicken noodle soup inspired by Chick-fil-A.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in shredded chicken, thyme, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
