Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh fruits (berries, banana, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Add almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and top with fresh fruits.
Notes
- Can substitute almond milk with any milk of choice.
- Adjust sweetness according to preference.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
