- 2 lbs potatoes, diced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and add sliced sausage over the potatoes.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use precooked sausage for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
