  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
