Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Drain fat.
- Mix cooked beef, rice, soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
