Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  3. Arrange potato slices in a baking dish.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses on top.
  8. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
