Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
- Arrange potato slices in a baking dish.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheeses on top.
- Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use mandoline slicer for even potato slices.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes after baking.
- Store leftovers covered in fridge for up to 3 days.
