- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook steak to desired doneness. Set aside.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Toss cooked rigatoni in the creamy sauce.
- Slice steak and serve over the pasta.
