  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the rice and broccoli. Stir to combine.
