Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  5. Mix cooked tortellini with the beef and sauce.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
