Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the meat.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
